BATHROOM RENOVATIONS BUNBURY

MTI Bunbury specialises in "complete" bathroom renovations, from the measure & design stage, through to the removal of the old bathroom and installation of the new one.

MEASURE, DESIGN & QUOTE

Nathan at MTI will organise a mutually acceptable time to discuss your new bathroom and what is involved. On-site, I listen to the clients ideas and desires for their bathroom. We then express my ideas and reasons why things can and can't be done. Explaining the entire bathroom renovation procedure on-site, enables the client to get a better understanding of the renovation process and what is involved.

COLOUR SELECTION PROCESS

MTI work closely with ARMANTI TILES & BATHROOMS, a local tile and bathroom product supplier. ARMANTI have been established in Bunbury for 10 years and in this time have satisfied the needs and quality demanded by both renovators and building companies. Having this close relationship with the team at ARMANTI, gives us great confidence in recommending them to our clients for the colour selection process. They not only have a great range of quality tiles but a very extensive showroom full of bathroom fixtures to suite all needs and design. Upon visiting ARMANTI, our client can talk to one of their design team and design the process of colour and fixture selection. Once the client is happy with their selection, it is then documented so that MTI can proceed to order all neccessary building materials. This makes it easy for our clients, 1x team, 1x quote, 1x colour selection. Here are some before and after bathroom renovations.

MATERIALS, PRODUCTS & LOCAL BUSINESSES

Our company sources and uses a wide range of local building materials from local business. This enables us to deliver the client a dream bathroom they are looking for. As MTI have their own qualified cabinet makers and fully equipped factory in Bunbury, they are able to manufacture quickly products as required. As per our kitchen cupboards, MTI uses White 16mm HMR (High Moisture Resistant) Melamine in the construction of all base cabinets. HMR materials are very important and will extend the life of the vanity unit as it is located in a room with constant moisture.

The materials used in the manufacture of the bench tops are the same as our kitchen tops. Laminex, stone & synthetic stone tops are most commonly used materials in our bathroom renovations. This is due to the extensive colour selection and product availability. All vanity doors & panels can be supplied in any colour the client desires.

BATHROOM RENOVATION & INSTALLATION

At a mutually acceptable date, we arrive with the relevant trades to disconnect the old bathroom without interfering with basic services. MTI are a very experienced team. Step one, sees the old bathroom completely removed and disposed of in our supplied on-site bin, ensuring no rubbish is left at your home or blowing down the street.

MTI have licensed Plumbers and Electricians who arrive (on time) to both disconnect the area involved and re-connect any plumbing and electrical as required. MTI then proceed to rebuild the bathroom back to a stage where it is ready for tiling. Before tiling the shower recess, we install a water membrane of the highest quality to ensure that no water escapes from the shower. Once the bathroom is tiled, MTI orders the shower screen and mirror. These items are usually installed within 5 days from site measure. MTI will if required, supply and install all wall fixtures (towel rails etc) and organise the painting of both walls & ceiling. The last procedure for MTI to complete as part of this process, is to seal the new grout with a spray on sealer. This prevents water from passing through the grout and also help the grout to stay cleaner for longer.

With all these procedures complete, the "NEW BATHROOM" is then handed over to the client. MTI try to complete a bathroom within 7 days depending on size, whilst trying to keep the inconvenience to a minimum. Our company also uses industrial dust extraction equipment to keep the dust to a minimum.
